You MUST complete the following steps for EACH person you are registering:

2. Click "Continue to Secure Payment Form" tab and answer any additional payment questions. It is your responsibility to know prior to checkout, the amount you are authorizing to charge on your credit card. See registration fees below;
3. Fill out the registration information after successfully completing payment form(s);
4. Hit Submit;
5. You will receive a Confirmation Page that summarizes all of the registration information you entered. Your registration is not complete if you do not receive this confirmation.

If you wish to register more than 1 person, you must logout completely, return to www.actmissouri.org/events and complete the process again. Do not hit the back button!

The Ethics training will be held Fri., July 22 from 1:30-4:30 p.m.; it will include three hours of training and one snack break.

Individuals who bring a guest with them may purchase an additional meal package for the guest - guest meal packages do NOT include attendance of any workshops or keynote presentations.
