February is the shortest month of the year,
even with a leap day, and it was a very eventful
month. This, the fourth issue of "Connections,"
captures some of the action, and how it might
relate to substance abuse related concerns.
Previous issues are archived in the ACT
Missouri website,. Many of us, including
legislators, are looking forward to Spring Break.
Meanwhile, let's stay
connected!

Alcohol and other drugs,
substance abuse and addiction, prevention and
treatment appear in print on a fairly regular
basis. We don't all read the same newspapers and
magazines, so some of the reports escape our
attention. This monthly feature captures some
recent items.
